Trying to lose weight …. at a stand still?

I've been going to the corners, buzzing and making healthy food and now the last 2 weeks I'm not actually feel (fitting clothes) that I won. I lost 6.5 lbs. in 1 month and now I can not do otherwise. Any idea what to try? Also is the substitution of one protein shake a good idea? I have been on a 1400 calorie diet and eat very good meals with it and no, not after 7:30 you go to bed until 12:30. Any suggestions would be wonderful. Also walk 14 minutes (in total) to work 2 days a week. My goal is to lose 30 pounds. I workout at home and gym AA women. I changed my eating habits.
