Has anyone heard of ZUMBA and do you find it enjoyable?
Zumba is dance aerobics I guess. Just trying to figure out if its worth the investment and does it really work at losing weight. My wife has recently started and loves it.
It does work at losing weight once you get the hang of it. Let me tell you that it does take a lot of coordination. It is fun though. It like a mix of all Latin dances so you’ll have a great time while you improve your dancing skills.
